Tony On Regis And Kelly

I was looking at Tony's website today and discovered that he is scheduled to be on "Regis and Kelly" on Friday October 11th.

That brings me to a question--I am a regular viewer of "Regis and Kelly" and on many occasions they have given out their fax number. I wrote it down, and now I'm wondering whether it would be worthwhile to send a fax a few days before Tony is on and request that they ask him about a WTB? reunion. It'll probably be ignored, but maybe its worth a try??? Perhaps if anyone else has access to fax machine, they might consider doing the same? What do you think? (By the way, the fax is an 800 number.)

I think that's a great idea! Do you live in Canada or the US cuz I want to know if it'll be on in Canada.
It may be tossed aside but if enough people send a fax requesting the same thing then... :lol: we have come that much closer to a reuion!! :rolleyes:

Getting bombarded with faxes all asking the same thing
will definitely grab their attention.

I do live in Canada, and the show is shown all over North America so we should all see it. The Regis and Kelly website is only updated 5 days ahead of time, so Tony's appearance is not indicated there yet, but Tony's website should be correct.

The fax number for anyone who's interested is (800) 330-1106 (and its also shown on the R&K website).

That's a great idea. I think I'll request that they ask him about what he thinks about Alyssa Milano saying that she's not interested.

I actually wrote a letter that Madeway helped me with considerably and it was sent off to them and cc'd to Danza's company. We basically suggested that the researchers for the show check out this site and also to ask Tony what he thinks the chances are for going through with a reunion without Alyssa. So we'll see if they actually heed our request, afterall, he will be on the show to promote his new album and he may specifically choose not to discuss WTB. But can't wait to tune in to see if all of our messages got through to them.

I sent my fax in today requesting that they ask Tony about a reunion and referring to them to this website and to the petition. I'm not too hopeful that it'll work, but am anxious to see Friday's show (just in case).

because the show is live at 9am central time try faxing right when teh show starts too(if you can anway) when the show is live in NY here in CA it's 6am! yikes! lol i'm still in dream land :lol:

Well I got my answer--the faxes had no effect and no questions were asked of Tony other than about his album. He was as sweet as ever (back to a longer hairstyle) and sang two songs, one with Regis.

Unfortunately I'm beginning to feel that there is little chance of a reunion show--these actors have moved on with their lives. (Maybe I'm just in a negative mood right now) I don't think fans (and their wishes) play an important role in any star's life--even if they give the impression that they care. It's all about the almighty dollar.

Wasn't Tony a little bit of too much? He was as gorgeous as on day one of WTB? Does this man's charm ever grow old? Never! Is it any wonder we fell so hopelessly in love with Tony Micelli? :P

I go weak in the knees when I watch and listen to Tony perform. His solo this morning, "That's All" from his CD, would have fit right in with the Rat Pack. If he had been born twenty (or thirty) years earlier he would definitely have been one of them. Doesn't it seem funny to think Regis was a Tony wannabe when he accompanied him on "Pennies from Heaven?" *Who woulda thunk Tony could go from history teacher to boxer to taxi driver to housekeeper to police detective to sports reporter to lawyer to singer to...?? Maybe the best is yet to come!!! :D

Actually i was kind of disapointed by the interview. I thought it was the shortest thing and basiclaly not really worth watching. . of course it was to see tony's gorgeous face. . .BUT they dind' talk at all really. I've seen better interviews with tony lately. . .usually the R&K interviews are the BEST but not this time. But then again the interview with the Dawson's Creek guy was short as well so i don't know. Maybe they shortened the interview with tony so he could do a duet with regis. that part was funny though, made me laugh! :lol:

I think you're right the actors have moved on with their lives now but...that petition has more than a thousand signatures maybe it'll work?? :(
