To add an avatar, click on the "My Controls" link, at the top of the page (just below the WTB?R Forums logo). When the page loads up, select the "Edit Avatar Settings", on the left menu-bar (under the "Personal Profile" heading). From there, you can choose one of the pre-installed avatar images or link to/upload one of your own. Hope this helps. :)
