We had a great fanfic from Elmeister about Tony and Angela adopting Billy, but I don't think we had anything
about theirfeelings when they heard that Billy would be going back to his grandmother. I think it would have happened just after they came
back from Washington. Perhaps this drew Tony and Angela closer over the summer, and it was what lead Angela to expect more from Tony on their eight anniversary
