Hi Blondie,
Last time I had this problem I went to us.mcafee.com and they told me how to solve it. Just "free" scan your computer or do a research with the virus name and they tell you step by step how to get rid of it! Good Luck!

I would download this:
http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php
It's a free anti virus program, I have it on mine, and it's great, you should be able to download it, then scan and get rid of that virus, if I hadn't dowloaded it when I did awhile back, I would have lost everything, cause it detected a virus I had gotten in a program.

Hello and thank you for you help. I'm still trying to get rid of it, I've updated my Norton Anti virus and am now doing a system scan. If this doesn't work, than I'm definitely downloading that new program and checkin out that website for further details on how to remove this thing. thank yu once again

I do not know much about that stuff, but I guess "AntiVir XP" is pretty good.

I have the AVG antivirus program too (the one you can download from http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php) and it's really better than NORTHON, it also works as 'firewall' .. last week I was searching trhoug a site and a 'dialer' virus was detected by AVG just the moment it attached my computer, and I was able to delete the virs immediatly... so download this one, it may take a whyle, but after you can update it also every day.. I update mine once a week... it's really good...

WOW
Thank yu all for your help! I have restored my computer to a few days ago, so the virus is gone, and I hope it won't come back. I realized that I had obtained it from my email, or so this is what Norton Anti Virus told me, unfortunetely it couldn't get rid of it, but I think it's gone for now and under quarantine, that file. i will download the programs that you have all told me about if they are Free
thank you sooo much everyone
