What do you think of the new WTB?R Forums?

Hey Guys,
After Aimoo's site went down, yet again, yesterday, I decided it was time to pack up the bags and move on to something better. Welcome to the new WTB?R Forums! :D

Do you like the new look? Do you think I should make this forum look like the Aimoo one?

I wanted to get the new forums up as soon as possible, so that's why I haven't customized to too much, yet. But, I do plan on bringing back some of the old look. How much of it I bring back is up to you. Post any comments or suggestions for the new Forums in this topic.

The new message board is GREAT! i love it! and hopefully we won't have as much trouble with it as we did with the aimoo ones! great surprise, jason! :D

This ****S!! Now I'm back to ZERO posts. It took me forever to acquire "gold member" status. Now I have to start all over again.

The Emoticons don't seem to work, either--and I followed the directions on the "help" cards. Phooey!! :angry:

okay, I may have spok prematurely, I see the emoticon. Now I feel/look like an IDIOT! I could not see them in "preview" mode so figured they would not show up when I posted.

I get a little paranoid because I generally post from a MAC, and it's not always message-board friendly. Hey--I only have 98 more posts to go until I'm a GOLDEN MEMBER again! :thumbs:

FrogN46 - Don't worry, I plan on resetting everybody's post #'s to the way they were on Aimoo, so you should have your gold status soon. ;)

Hey, I thought I would take a moment to see what some of the oldest threads were (this one was last posted in January 2002) and I thought that this was a good one.

I think that we should thank everyone who has made these forums and this website possible. I, for one, am very grateful.

If you haven't been to the gallery lately, you can see all the past designs here (http://gallery.wtbr.com/main.php?g2_itemId=14629). I enjoy that because it's changed since I've been here and looking back at the old ones brings nice memories. I came when it was gray with the five cast pictures lined up on top (the last picture on page 2). :)

The old layouts are fun to look at. =] This place has changed so much since it opened.
