Private Messages...

My personal Pannel says I have 35 private messages... and it is.. I had them.. but if I go to my private messages... nothing happens.. I have nothing on it.. where are they?? Ther's something I have to do to see them now? Help... thanks!!
By the way, great new look for the board.. I can't use my usual avator because it's says it's too much big.. but it's ok.. I'll make another one soon... bye...Morenaxxx

Morena, I had the same problem and I looked up the instructions Jason gave about how to save our old PMs. You can find those directions here:

It took me a lot of tries to get my old mail archived and deleted, but I kept at it until my mailbox was empty. Then after I went back to the new vBulletin version, it told me my mailbox was still too full to open. I checked on the top box to select all the mail (even though it wouldn't allow me to view any of it). Then in a dropdown box I selected "Delete" and deleted all the mail. That's what finally cleared out my mailbox so I can now send and receive Private Messages. I hope the instructions will help you get your mailbox updated too. :huh:
