Evilness Rating : She ate a stripper, so I guess we could call her evil. 6/10

This shadow-like demon took over Phoebe's minds and tried to kill Piper and Prue. Anyone who comes into contact with this demon will become insane with anger. Vanquished by a spell. About Rodreguis : Posing as an Internal Affairs officer, Rodreguis used Andy to get close to the Halliwells so he could kill them. Has the power to generate b a l l s of electricity through his hands. This is the Demon that killed Andy.
Evilness Rating : If this guy were any more evil he'd be the devil! 10/10

About The Water Demon : This is the demon that killed the Halliwell sisters mother. It lives in a lake, popular with summer campers, and lures people into the water by making them think that someone is in trouble in the water. Vanquished by electricity.
Evilness Rating : Remember kids - never mix electricity and water unless you are being chased by a 10 foot water demon - 9/10.

About Four Hor***** : As you might expect these dudes are #### bent on ending the world, and are less than impressed when a spell cast by both them and the charmed ones goes very wrong, and ****s one of their members into another astral plane.
Evilness Rating : They want to end the world, of course they're evil! 10/10.

Balthazor

About Balthazor : This is Cole in his Demonic form. A very strong and powerful demon. Is actually half human, which allowed him to fall in love with Phoebe.
Evilness Rating : He is a legend in the demon world! So very evil indeed - 9/10

Shacks

About Shacks : Information about this demon wasn't really revealed in this episode, he was just a sub-plot. Though we do know that he can breeze in and out from place to place in the blink of an eye.
Evilness Rating : Have no idea if he's evil. He's very blue! I'll give him a 5/10 - just call it an educated guess.

From The Episode : All #### Breaks Loose
About The Source : King of the underworld and leader of all demons. This is the guy who sent all of those pesky demons after the Charmed Ones.
Evilness Rating : This guy put the E in Evil! Though vaguely resembles little red riding hood in a bizarre sort of way! 11/10!
